what % of school is a waste of time?

I think 66% of the stuff they teach you at school is useless that you would never use in the real world. I was helping my brother with his science homework today,some of the questions were:

what can the average person do to reduce their own use of aluminium?

what effect does global warming have on the supply of aluminium?

global warming and aluminium?!? literally the only thing I could come up with is that when it gets hotter you drink more beer and use more cans. and i definitely think they teach more practical things in primary school than in high school.
